Hey everyone!
Onlive, the newest and most innovative streaming gaming service launches on June 17, 2010 at the E3.
I fully qualified for an OnLive Pre-Registration account after beta testing the OnLive service. I’m unable to divulge the quality of content or description of the service due to an NDA agreement, but I can post an excerpt from the resulting email.
Dear Scott,
Thank you from OnLive! This message serves as a receipt; please keep for future reference. Here is a description of your order:
By completing registration to become an OnLive Founding Member, your Player Tag has been reserved and you’ve secured your spot in our exclusive launch community.
At launch, we’ll be ramping up the number of active accounts starting with Founding Members. You’ll receive an email when your account is activated, along with a coupon code for one FREE game. Remember, you’ll need to log into the OnLive Game Service by July 4, 2010 and redeem the coupon within 30 days. Terms and conditions apply.
They gave me a free game as well. How cool is that? I’m also considered a “Founding Member.” Onlive is going to be great and everyone who subscribes will enjoy the service.
- Scott
P.S. You can add me personally through OnLive when it launches with my reserved profile name, “Scott.”
